High school sweethearts and still so much in love! They have been together for 8 years now, but you’d never know it because their love seems as sweet as if they just met for the first time.
I remember when I met Amanda and Stephen they were so down to earth! It was the the annual food tasting at Rose Hall where they were married at. It was still winter and there were lots of people there.
Most everyone kept to themselves. Perhaps because of covid and most were still wearing their masks. But Amanda and Stephen were very open to engaging with me and I was glad as we got to connect. I believe the more I get to connect with my clients, the more comfortable they’ll feel on their wedding day making pictures a lot easier too.
Their wedding day came so quickly! It had been raining all week off and on. When I arrived at the venue it was sunny but shortly after it started pouring down rain. I wasn’t too worried as I believed it would stop soon and thank God it did! It actually made the weather cooler instead of that intense summer heat and when it was time for the first look the sun made it’s appearance giving us beautiful glow for pictures!
The rest of the night was full of fun, lots of dancing and laughter. I am so glad they trusted me with their wedding timeline as I was able to capture everything that I needed and more allowing them to enjoy their reception and wedding day as stress free as possible.
