I recommend scheduling your session within the first two weeks of your baby’s life, when they are still sleepy and easily posed. Before your session, I’ll provide you with helpful tips on how to ensure your baby is well-fed and content, ready to shine in front of the camera.
Props and Setups:
My studio is a place of natural simplicity that captures those timeless moments. I focus more on you, your family and your baby and telling your story. I will use a swaddle to wrap your baby and put them to sleep and if you have a girl I will use a hair bow for her head. If you want to add a little something extra like a stuffed animal or something that is important to you, feel free to bring it with you to you studio session.
Posing and Safety:
When it comes to newborn photography, safety is my top priority. As an experienced photographer, I am trained in newborn safety and I make sure your baby is posed safely and comfortably at all times. I focus on natural posing that will not put your baby at risk, but I still use precaution.
