What is there not to love about engagement photos in an area that looks like Germany! And then add an adventurous couple that are madly in love and a little bit or rain and you get some epic engagement pictures!
Berry Collage is by far my favorite place for pictures because not only do you get so much variety in one area, but also so much nature and these beautiful historic buildings and architecture.
From the beginning, Alexis envisioned her engagement session pictures with the sun setting behind them, but because of so much rain this year, we had to reschedule several time to were we couldn’t reschedule any further because their wedding was happening soon! And although Alexis envisioned the sun for her engagement pictures, sometimes there could be something better. I think the cloudy and somewhat rainy day made for some cooler amazing weather, it allowed us to have more areas to photograph in, and made for some unique pictures with the clear umbrellas I always carry with me for those days that you don’t know if it’s going to rain or not.
And my favorite part is always the couple and getting to know them better. Alexis and Sheldon’s love was so true and sweet and I really love that they trusted me enough to not hold back and let their love shine through.
Alexis, you are going to be a beautiful bride and I wish you both many more years of happiness and a lifetime of love!
